ToneFix Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

ToneFix collects the following information:

• Text you choose to analyze for tone (sent to Google Gemini API for processing)
• Google account information if you sign in (name, email)
• Device identifier for usage tracking
• Usage statistics (number of tone checks per day)

Accessibility Service

ToneFix uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect text in input fields across apps. This allows ToneFix to show the floating tone analysis bubble while you type. ToneFix does NOT store, record, or transmit your text without your explicit action of tapping the analysis bubble.

How We Use Your Information

• Text is sent to Google Gemini API solely for tone analysis and is not stored by GoBuildApp
• Usage counts are stored in Firebase Firestore to enforce daily limits
• Google account information is used for authentication and VIP subscription management

Third Party Services

ToneFix uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics)
• Google Gemini API (AI tone analysis)
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Google Play Billing (subscription management)

Data Storage

Usage data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore. Text analyzed for tone is not permanently stored by GoBuildApp.

Children's Privacy

ToneFix is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
